Definition of neutrality is not engaged on either side
specifically : not aligned with a political or ideological grouping
a neutral nation.

These two definitions apply to the 18,000 Protestant Pastors at the time Hitler was Chancellor of Germany and the Nazi party was the mutated sword of Amalek advancing with force.

Tolerance: 3000 of the 18,000 Protestant Pastors sided with Hitler and TOLERATED, indulged the beliefs and practices of the Nazi party even though it conflicted with a biblical foundation.

Neutrality: 12,000 of those 18,000 Protestant Pastors remained NEUTRAL, not aligned with the Nazi party or beliefs or the confessing Church. They faltered between two opinions, 12 has to do with government and rule.

3,000 of the 18,000 signed the confessing church document with Dietrich Bonhoeffer who saw the writing on the wall with the Nazi party and stood against such satanic wickedness.
